What are the hotel Check-in / Check-out and opening hours?

The hotel is open 24/24. Check-in is after 2 pm and rooms must be vacated by noon.

Can I check out late?

If you want to book a late check-out in advance, we will charge you for one night because we will not be able to rent the room. If this question arises during your stay, please contact reception.

Is the room rate given per person or per room?

Rates are given per room.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast is extra (except special offers). The price is 11 euros per person and 6 euros for children under the age of 12.

Is your hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Our hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, but it does have a lift. Please do not hesitate to call the hotel for more information.

Are pets admitted in your establishment?

Even though we appreciate animals very much, we do not accept them in the hotel.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

No, apart from breakfast we only serve drinks.

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before arrival or after departure?

Of course, we can store your luggage in our luggage storage for all the time necessary.

Does the hotel have a car park?

No, we do not have a car park. The easiest solution is to park in the Mazarine car park in Rue Mazarine, a 10 minute-walk from the hotel.

Is the hotel equipped with Wi-Fi access?

Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hotel.

Can I request a specific room number?

We cannot guarantee a room number. However, inform us of your preference and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

How can I specify a particular request?

In the ‘Comments’ box. We will do everything we can to fulfil your request.

How can I cancel or change my booking?

The conditions of cancellation and modification are specified on your booking confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel to clarify this point. However, you can cancel or modify your reservation by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on your confirmation.

Can I anticipate my departure during my stay?

We ask you to inform us of your anticipated departure 48 hours in advance in order to rent your room. After this time, we charge the amount of one night.

Does the hotel have rooms for smokers?

No, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.

Is there a lift in the hotel?

Are all rooms equipped with a safe?

Yes, there is a small safe deposit box in all the rooms.

Do all rooms have air conditioning?

All our rooms are air-conditioned.

Are the rooms large?

Our hotel is an old Parisian building. This type of ancient architecture, although very charming, implies small rooms sizes. This gives true intimacy to the establishment.

Is there a direct telephone line in the room?

You can make calls from your room by dialling 0 and then the number. Any call from the exterior passes through reception, which transfers the call or takes a message if you are not there.

If I am travelling with a child, can I ask for a baby bed?

We have a baby bed for infants under the age of two. Above that age, the child will occupy a regular bed. For example, a couple with a three-year-old child will stay in a triple room (3 persons). Please contact the hotel for any request concerning a baby bed.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

No, we do not provide any extra beds.

Can I benefit from an airport / train station shuttle service?

We will be happy to book an airport shuttle for you. However, we do not have a shuttle service for train stations nor from the airports. Reception will be pleased to book for you or to advise you on the chosen means of transport.

What is the price of a taxi from the airport?

Count 62 euros from CDG airport. From Orly Airport it is 35 euros.

What is the nearest metro station to your hotel?

The Odéon metro station (lines 4 and 10) is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Is there a taxi station near the hotel?

There is a taxi station located near the Odéon metro in Boulevard Saint-Germain, which is only 5 minutes away on foot.

What languages are spoken by Reception?

Our staff will welcome you and advise you in French, English, Spanish and/or German/Dutch.
